Why Omnia
Listening first.
Thinking in generations.
We begin with the family, not with a product. Our role is to understand what wealth means to you, and to bring clarity to the decisions that shape its future.
Data security and privacy
For the families we serve, information is an asset in its own right. Where a family lives, what it owns, when it travels and who advises it are details that carry financial and personal consequences if they reach the wrong hands. We treat the protection of that information as part of the stewardship of the wealth itself.
01Access on a need-to-know basis.
Only the people working on your affairs can see your information. Access is granted by role, reviewed regularly and withdrawn when a role changes.
02Verified instructions.
We do not act on a payment or transfer instruction received by email or message alone. Every instruction is confirmed with you through a channel agreed in advance.
03A secure client area.
Statements, reports and personal documents are exchanged through your secure client area, not as email attachments.
04Selected partners.
Custodians, banks, insurers and service providers who handle your information are chosen with care and bound by confidentiality obligations.
05Your rights under the law.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017. You may ask what we hold, have it corrected, and ask how it is used.
06Transparency if something goes wrong.
If an incident affects your information, we tell you promptly, explain what happened and what we are doing about it.
What we will never ask of you
- Your password or a one-time code, by any channel.
- To approve a transfer urgently on the strength of a message or a voice note.
- To send identity documents or account statements by WhatsApp or ordinary email.
If you receive a request of this kind in our name, do not act on it. Call your wealth manager on the number you already hold.
